As an academy school, East Preston Junior School is its own admissions authority.
The school admits up to 90 pupils each year into Year 3 and accepts applications at other times for pupils wishing to join the school.
Admissions are centrally managed as part of the West Sussex admissions process, and applications should be made via the county council’s online forms at www.westsussex.gov.uk/admissions.
Parents of pupils in Year 2 at an infant school will receive information about junior transfer during the autumn term. Applications must be made by January of each year, with places allocated in April for the following September. In the case that the school receives more than 90 applications in any year, places are allocated according to the oversubscription criteria which appear in our admissions policy.
If you are considering applying for a place at the school, then please do contact the school office to arrange a visit.
