NFL Flag Football Taster Session – A Touchdown for Year 6!

On Friday 14th November, two of our Year 6 classes had an incredible opportunity to experience the fast-paced and fun world of NFL Flag Football! Expert coaches from Windlesham House School joined us to deliver an exciting introduction to the sport, sharing their knowledge about the rules, the kit, and the basics of the game.

The session kicked off with an engaging talk where the children learned what makes NFL Flag Football unique – from the importance of teamwork to the thrill of scoring a touchdown without the tackles! After getting to grips with the essentials, the pupils put theory into practice with a series of fun and energetic drills. Smiles, laughter, and plenty of action filled the playground as everyone got involved.

A huge thank you to the fantastic coaches who gave up their time to run this session. It was a valuable and memorable experience for our Year 6 pupils, and who knows – we might have some future flag football stars in our midst!
