Year 5/6 Netball & Football - 12/10/23

We kicked off our regular netball and football fixtures this week at The Angmering School. 

The netball team (led by Mr Coates) played two very competitive games to a high level. All children managed to apply the skills which they have been learning at netball club. After a flying start, EPJS won their first match 9-0 and lost their second match 7-0 despite a strong performance.

The football team (led by Mr Etherington) also had their share of success. In their first match, the boys did not take too long to find their rhythm and a few early goals led them to a 4-0 victory. Despite changing positions on a number of occasions, the team continued their success and won their second fixture 4-1. 

As the year commences, hopefully we continue to see more and more eager participants.
