🏃‍♀️🏆 Local Schools Compete in Exciting Quad Kids Finals! 🏃‍♂️🌟

Wednesday 11th June – The Angmering School

The sun was shining and spirits were high on Wednesday 11th June as Year 6 children from across the area gathered at The Angmering School for the Quad Kids Locality Finals.

This exciting athletics event brought together schools from near and far – even some all the way from Shoreham! With so many talented children taking part, the competition was tougher than ever.

Each athlete took part in four main events: a sprint, a long-distance run, a throw, and a jump. To end the day, the teams came together for a fast-paced relay race, which had everyone on the edge of their seats!

There were some brilliant performances from all the schools, and our team showed amazing determination, effort, and team spirit throughout the day.

After giving it their all, our team finished in a very respectable 8th place overall – a fantastic achievement at such a high-level event!

Teachers and organisers were full of praise for the children, with one official saying: “Everyone should be proud of their effort today. They showed what true sportsmanship looks like.”

Well done to everyone who took part – you were all Quad Kids champions!
